Consultations - An interview with you and your space to discover the overall needs/desires and to discuss solutions.
Conceptual Design - Establish the main goals and aesthetic of the space.
Space Planning - Layout floor plans based on client discussions, conceptual design and existing parameters. CHID draws all projects in Revit allowing for 3-dimensional modelling. Millwork and furniture layouts included to get an inclusive picture of how the space will be used.
Interior Finishes - Selection of all interior finishes from flooring to walls, design features, ceilings and fixed millwork.
Lighting - Reflected ceiling plans with lighting layouts, switching and electrical details, and ceiling features. Light fixture selection is also addressed.
Fixtures - Selection and coordination of all plumbing fixtures and appliances.
Elevations and Millwork - Wall views showing the details of all design elements like fireplaces, stairs, feature walls, and custom cabinetry.
Furniture - Sourcing of pieces that fit the concept and the space.
Construction Drawings - Floor plans with details for permits, contractors and trades persons. Dimensions, specifications, sections and any other details required for the pricing and execution of the project.
Contract Administration - Obtaining estimates, ordering fixtures and coordinating with the contractor and trades persons so that your project is handled right through to completion.
